This penthouse places you right on Venice's Grand Canal in Dorsoduro. The style is a little old-fashioned and we think the balcony could do with a bit of a refresh, but you'll have space for alfresco dining and the views over the city are gorgeous. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and one of the beds can be configured as a double or twin upon request, making it ideal for families and friend groups alike. You might hear some outside noise here, but you'll find a range of restaurants, museums, and water stops in the surrounding area for traversing the city with ease.
Home truths: *You can't drive in Venice, but this home is close to water taxi stops for getting around. *There is a lift up to the third floor, but you'll need to climb a flight of steps to reach the fourth floor. *The twin beds here can be configured as a double – you'll need to request this in advance. *Due to this home's location, there is a chance you might hear some outside noise during your stay. *The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts. *We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the balcony and some of the bathroom tiles look a little tired.
