Very well-kept clean house, quiet, sheep graze in the area with bells around their necks - fantastic! The landlord is very nice and runs a small hobby farm on the adjacent property. Merely equipping the kitchen with a little more glasses, larger cups and a somewhat faster coffee machine would be desirable
