Can Blancos

We booked the house at short notice. J. is super nice and helpful. The house is very nice. However, it could be cleaned more thoroughly. There are a lot of cobwebs. There are not enough drinking glasses and only one small and medium pot. This makes cooking practically impossible. The clothes rack is 2/3 broken and needs to be replaced urgently. The light in the pool doesn't work, but according to other reviews, this has unfortunately been the case for 3-4 years. There was no table tennis table and no umbrella by the pool.

500 characters are not enough for experiences in Can Blanco. We have prepared a 1.5-page report on defects etc.: The overall impression is that there has been little investment in building technology and kitchen equipment for a long time. The Majorcan owner should also be aware that Mallorca suffers from water shortages. The fact that the water shortage is still being passed on to the guest due to insufficient water supplies is not acceptable! We are happy to let you know

It starts with a lack of communication before arrival, except for one day before our holiday starts. There we were told we couldn't come because we were under 30 years old. The solution should be a deposit that is twice as high, which we were able to discuss on the spot. Continue with (as already written here several times) lack of kitchen equipment (knives, pots, etc.) Pool lighting without function (already rated as a defect on 08/23/21)

The house was very clean and in good condition... The only thing that bothered us is that the pool light didn't work and we sat in the dark pool in the evening. And that we always had to take the garbage away ourselves in bags and in any I don't know about having to throw containers on the street, but it was doable... All in all, it was a very nice week in Inca!

The accommodation is absolutely to be recommended. The kitchen appliances (pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.) urgently need to be replaced, are already very, very calcified! I would definitely recommend that. Otherwise everything was wonderful, clean, well maintained.

Very good location since everything is relatively close to you (about 20-40min). The great house especially to be with friends.

The house is very nice, the beds are very comfortable, but there are many buts: - Dirty kitchenware with traces of grease on pans and pots. - Fake fireplace, can not be used. - TV doesn't work. - Once the reservation is made we find out that you have to pay electricity and other fees. Electricity is paid at twice the official cost price. - Cobwebs, chocolate chips on chairs, damp in downstairs bathroom. - The bulbs are cold light: it seems that you are in an office, not at all welcoming.
