"Cala Mesquida", 5-room house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
The finca is beautifully situated and offers plenty of space for 8 people. The beds are comfortable and the finca was clean when we arrived. There is enough space in the kitchen to cook, but unfortunately a few inexpensive utensils are missing. Proper wooden spoons, whisks, etc. The pool was cloudy at the beginning, which got worse despite a lot of effort on the part of the caretaker. The bathrooms need a thorough cleaning. Lots of lime and rust. But we will be back.

It is a beautiful house, but there is a lot that could be renovated or invested in. The garden is an overgrown embankment, the sun loungers are old and dirty, the shower heads are calcified, the dishes are not clean and the frying pans etc. could be replaced. The pool filter system did not always work, which is why the water was sometimes cloudy. The garage door is rusting away... As I said, a functional house with room for improvement.

The holiday home and in particular the furnishings are slowly getting on in years. The furnishings (e.g. living and dining room) could be renewed. Otherwise it is a beautiful holiday home for up to eight people with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
