The house has an ultra modern, fully-fitted, bright red kitchen with gloss stone worktops and wood flooring. The kitchen flows though to the open-plan dining room and luxurious lounge area.

Glass doors from the dining area lead to a fully private landscaped garden. The kitchen has a spacious open plan feel with large glass panel walls between the hallway and kitchen, giving a real modern airy feel to this beautiful home. The large lounge area has a fireplace and a large flat screen TV with a DVD player.

Each bedroom is large and spacious with ample storage in its large wooden built-in wardrobes. Comfy soft beds and bed linen is provided. Each bedroom has its own luxurious tiled en-suite bathroom with modern supersized power showers.

The Master suite is large and spacious with king size bed, large wooden built-in wardrobes and the master bathroom features its own steam room and power shower.

This home has private parking and a fully private landscaped garden, with beautiful views of Ballydavid Harbour and Mount Brandon. Other special features include:

A free bottle of house wine when dining in our Seafood Restaurant the Old Pier. All bed linen and towels are supplied. All services are included in the rental price. (Electricity, Oil and Gas). No hidden extra charges. There is one travel cot available. Cot linen is not supplied.
