4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room 34 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, video and fan. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm).
Stayed here for 8 days in the 2nd week of September 2024. (lots of wasps) Neat villa with all amenities. Excellent beds/mattresses. A few points where we would change/improve if we owned such a villa ourselves. First; add an extra shower room where you don't have to stand in a bath. Second; prune the vegetation around the house and keep it lower, + shorten or completely remove a few trees that obstruct the view of the sea. Improvement of the view.

Everything was perfect, beautiful scenery, not far from several places by car. Negative point = wifi works 1x on 2.presence of wild boar each evening (family of 9 wild boars) not easy for children and not for adults! Private evening outside the house. They can't do anything about it but I believe that compensation would have been correct after having warned and that we were promised to do something but nothing was done. Wild boars every night inside.
