Very pleasant house, well located, well equipped, quiet, but close to the beach.

Great location ! short walk to El Portet beach and Moraira town.
The villa is secluded enter by private electric gate with parking 2/3 cars . Property surrounded by walls safe for pets and children. Beautiful pool with enough area to sunbathe or sit in shade.
The house is a little dated but comfortable. Each room is individually air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped though lacking good size plates bowls & tall glasses .
Wonderful villa! We will hopefully return later in the year
