We adore the large rooftop terrace – it’s the perfect spot for a hot chocolate or grill up a Canadian feast on the barbecue on the balcony. More of those verdant vistas are on display in the living space. Gather around the fire with a maple cream liqueur and thoroughly warm yourself up on cold evenings.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s around a ten-minute walk to the village and ski lifts, while the upper village is fifteen minutes on foot. Alta Lake and Rainbow Park are a short five-minute bike ride, and there are plenty of trails and paths for hiking. The bus is also easily accessible – the closest stop is just a two-minute walk.

*This house shares some areas with another home here – each house is completely separate, but they do share a driveway (the places are not connected in any way, but his house includes the use of the carport - guests staying in the other home may walk through the carport when accessing their abode)
*The driveway has space for two to three cars, and there's one covered parking spot
*The second bedroom is equipped with a stand-up desk
*The rooftop terrace is 1200 square feet in size (it can be a bit slippery if there is a lot of snow, but your hosts do provide a de-icer to melt the snow on the stairs)
