Great holiday home, quiet location and very well equipped.

We were 2 families with 3 children and had a great time. The pool is great and the outdoor seating area is simply a dream. We enjoyed playing cards together at the long table and enjoying the evenings. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

As a family of 6, we had plenty of space on the huge property. The children were able to play a lot on the fenced-in property. The house is as described, a dream; we made a lot of use of the outdoor kitchen with grill. The landlord speaks fluent English; he and his mother are very nice. A gardener works on the olive plantation every day and sometimes brings fresh eggs or kiwis from the kiwi bush. Simply fantastic!

Big thanks to Alberto and his family. We felt so comfortable from the first moment and will never forget this holiday. For us (4 adults and 4 children aged 9 - 14) the main house offered enough space. Pure luxury when every bedroom has its own bathroom. The property with grapevines, fig and olive trees allows for a lot of privacy. How nice we had at the pool and the large covered dining table. We will definitely come to you again.

The property is very nice and very well maintained from the outside but there are a few defects inside the house. The dishes were not very clean on arrival, which we had to wash everything first. The dishwasher does not wash properly Pots and pans should be bought new dishcloths in my opinion and tea towels are not available

A fine and stylish villa located near Lake Bolsano. The swimming pool was a good size and there were comfortable lounge chairs next to it. The outdoor fireplace and the large dining table in connection with it were in active use in the evenings. The host family was very friendly and, for example, it was easy to borrow bicycles. Among the nearby attractions, we can recommend the dying city, definitely worth a visit.

It must be mentioned in advance that the destination is not suitable for people with cat allergies. All the time, at least 3 cats were trying to get inside and were resting on the cushions of the patio chairs. The cats somehow belonged to the property, because they were fed, so not passers-by. Trash cans untidy and unclear. The markings did not tell what to put in which box.

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo Sacramento. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything. It was comfortable to sleep in the beds, the bed linen exchange worked great. Minor problems were fixed immediately. Beautiful area by the lake, not yet developed for tourism. Very friendly owner family who take care of themselves. Great.

If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. The house is well equipped and very quiet on a huge plot. Everything is there that you need for a perfect holiday. The administrator speaks good English and is always ready to help. For us 5 stars!

Holiday villa with spacious rooms, equipped with all necessities for a few weeks of vacation. Beautiful covered and shaded terrace and a spacious swimming pool. There is always a shady spot to be found. Garden and entire domain are beautifully maintained and the service is excellent.

Great location, nice landlord and nice house

After the warm welcome and unpacking we could enjoy the pool. Nothing was too much for the owners. Every question was granted! Everything was neat, fresh towels and sheets after a week. The pool was maintained, the garden too, without disturbing us! A beautiful location, good base, we had everything we needed on holiday.

The entire property as well as both houses, the pool and the terrace area have been very well maintained and are in very good condition. The landlord (speaks enough English) was really nice and very helpful and tried hard with every question. The property is also ideal for families with small children, as it is completely fenced or walled. The house is on one level, so that there are no stairs etc. as a danger point here either. For us everything was as desired and highly recommended! TOP vacation
