4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).
The house is part of a complex of 25 villas, most of which are also rented. The exterior guaranteed privacy, the 8-meter pool fully met our expectations. Sound-wise, the house was well insulated. The interior was clean and tasteful, but lacked some details - perhaps the least pleasant experience was the incredibly creaky beds; furthermore, it would be advisable to install mosquito nets at least in the most frequented doors/windows; the kitchen is past its prime, but is fully functional. Slow wi-fi. Overall impression 8/10.

The finca is suitable for everyone. It is in a large complex with many other houses that look exactly the same. It is a very quiet area, but the houses are a certain distance apart, so you don't always have to pay attention to the volume. All around we were completely satisfied. The value for money was really great!
