Garbage bags and bulk waste at the pool house 6. 2 defective lamps 7. A pool lounger broken 8. A stove (2 burners) broken 9. Shower curtain and anti-slip mat had a lot of mold 10. A bed broken 11. Two cupboards broken 12. Access to the house almost impossible by car 13. Bathtub only drains after a long wait 14. Mold on the edge of the pool

Beautiful rustic house fully furnished for 8 people. Well maintained pool and very large plot surrounded by olive trees. The kitchen appliances do not meet German standards but are complete. The outdoor kitchen is practical. We really enjoyed the time. The driveway took a little getting used to at first, but became routine after 2 days. Nice place for short trips to the beach, Lucca and Pisa.
