The living areas of the detached house consist of a kitchen with double electric ovens and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with a water dispenser, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Playstation 3, an electric fire and dining seating for eight people. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, a double with a Smart TV, another double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with astro-turf, patio, furniture and a fire pit, along with off-road parking for two cars, further on-street parking and bike storage. Within 0.5 miles, you'll find a shop and a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a beach. Please note that this property does not accept pets or smoking. The quaint town of Prestatyn, one of the many known coastal destinations along the magnificent North Wales coastline, provides four miles of pristine sand separated into three fantastic beaches, all of which are suitable for family enjoyment. With designated cycling lanes extending along the lovely coastline, the town is also home to the commencement of the 8th Century Offa's Dyke Pathway and a Roman bath house, while the surrounding hills and neighbouring Clwydian Hill Range provide spectacular vistas not to be missed!
