A house with a splendid view Some needs repair for some things like ventilation/air conditioning in a room, but it is very pleasant to live in. We will come back without hesitation

The location of the house is perfect, but the house requires some maintenance. - Terrace is sagging - Kitchen cabinets are hanging crooked - Sofa is sagging - Takes a very long time before there is hot water for a shower - Swimming pool was very dirty - Garden poorly maintained (mess) - Roller shutters do not work well - Etc.

We have repeated because we liked it, but they should pay attention to the cleanliness of the pool. This year only 1 x week, and although they sweep the bottom and remove leaves, it shows that the walls in general and stairs are dirty. They would have to improve/update the kitchenware (which is scarce), and the chairs and loungers (not even with water does the stain come out). Also fix damage to chairs, umbrella, etc. that last year they were already damaged and this year they are still the same

The house is fine, very big and spacious, the furniture for my taste a bit dated but the incredible views and the space available make up for it. The pool should be better maintained since it lacked a clean bottom and anti algae.
