"Superb" A beautiful house in a beautiful location. The accommodation was perfect and facilities for cooking excellent. The heated outdoor area was an added bonus, perfect for a breakfast overlooking the garden, and a wonderful treat for our tiny dancer. Lovely hosts. We hope to return soon

"Amazing" Had the most amazing weekend in Bansha Castle. We were a group of 7 adults and 8 children, there was lots of space both inside and out. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds. The kids were all delighted to see rabbits outside and they were lucky enough to see some owls. The owners live onsite and are available if needed but do not intrude. Would definitely recommend and we are all looking forward to our next visit.

"Fabulous place to stay" We spent 3 night here recently with family a mixture of grandparents, kids, grandkids. The place is amazing.Rooms are spacious and comfortable the facilities excellent. The lads loved the snooker table.A beautiful enclosed garden out the back is very secure to let the kids run around ,they loved it.Great big BBQ to cook on and lovely sitting area for outdoor dining there is even heaters if it gets a bit chilli. We were self catering there was good big fridge for storing our food and great big oven made it very easy to cook for our large group.Any utensils, dishes etc needed are provided for.The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds .The place is spotless clean. We enjoyed our stay here so much we were reluctant to go home and could definitely have stayed longer.Owners live on site and are immediately available should any problems arrive.I would highly recommend this place to stay and will be telling everyone about it.Theresa is lovely to deal with and so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return in the future

"Wonderful Family Break" We have just returned from a wonderful family party in Bansha. This is a truly beautiful house, with fabulous bedrooms and very comfortable beds!
The pool table was a huge success with the children. In fact all the rooms were magnificent, with a wonderful sense of space and comfort.
The outdoor space is covered which was great for a misty Irish evening and allowed us to have a lovely bbq.
We all adored it and only wish that we could have stayed longer. There is no doubt that we will be back

"So so good" It was a big birthday for my wife and I and also our 40th wedding anniversary. I spent many weeks researching into venues that would give us something special for our entire family, a group of 17 people. I talked to several venues by email enquiring about this but the response and help from Teresa stood out and it was an easy decision to book Bansha Castle for our celebration. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Teresa was very easy to work with and gave good advice, we arranged in advance for sandwiches to be waiting for our arrival. Also arranged a cooked breakfast for us all one morning and then a really nice family dinner one evening. All the catering was so good and really well done with everyone in the family really delighted. The welcome to Bansha from both John and Teresa was warm and genuine. Lovely home made scones waiting and a really helpful tour of the castle. The castle is really good with lots of space and really good facilities, 17 of us and lots of space for everyone. Lovely terrace to sit out in the evening and to top it all off the weather was brilliant. So to end a really big thank you to John & Teresa for all their help for what was a really good family gathering.
