Location to the lift very pleasant. Cool supermarket (it's actually called Dolce Vita) right across the street. Nice reception by the lady of the house. However, I only counted 3 bedrooms (but also 4 living rooms). There is no oven (only a grill in the microwave). The hob has induction, but most of the cookware is made of aluminum (=incompatible).
