There is a rear garden with table, chairs and a bench at the front of the property where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view. 

For those who enjoy walking Little Barningham is a great location. There are plenty of quiet country lanes and footpaths near by, if you walk to neighbouring Edgefield there is a popular local pub serving great meals. The diverse coastline of northern Norfolk is a short car ride away. Visit traditional seaside towns at Wells-next-the-Sea and Cromer where you can stroll along the pier  and enjoy an ice cream, together with beautiful beaches for sandcastle building, or for the brave book a lesson at the surf school.
