Beautiful house, showing its age. Dirty walls, lots of mosquito bits. The terrace and stairs to the basement are dirty. The basement is untidy. No cushions for the loungers, and the bed pillows and cushions for the lounge furniture are very dirty. Not enough cutlery, glasses, and coffee cups. Poor towel supply. Dampness in the rooms, mold in some spots on the walls. Garbage disposal is a problem. There are no large trash containers on the property or nearby.

Overall we are very satisfied with the accommodation. But there are three points that are not correct: 1. The patio door in the dining area cannot be opened (locking mechanism defective; locked with a screw). 2. When it comes to television, only channels in Italian, Arabic, Turkish, ... can be received, but not a single German-language channel. 3. You can dial into the WLAN, but then you get the message "No Internet".

Holiday home in a beautiful private park. Overall very comfortable. A few small flaws in line with Italian usage.
