We were now the ninth time in this area. Unfortunately, every year less is invested in quality. There are more and more missing tiles and broken wooden planks around the pool. The arrival at the new reception has been a horror since this year. 40 minute wait and hard to find. The written documents are the same every year and some are not or poorly translated into German, although a large proportion of the guests speak German. Cleanliness is mediocre, etc.
