As You Like It: Limburg

Sitting on the ground floor of a hotel in the village of Grubbenvorst, this apartment brings a slice of contemporary living to this quaint corner of The Netherlands.

When the weather's on your side, the home has an outside space with an alfresco table, but if you feel like dining elsewhere — and why not, you're on holiday — there's a decent choice of restaurants and cafes in Grubbenvorst. A little further afield, Limburgs Museum is only a quarter of an hour's drive away and the Castle Grounds in Arcen take twenty-five minutes.
