"Arribas Villa", 4-room villa 214 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: lounge with dining table, cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 195 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating.

Arribas Villa is quietly located in the Rabelho Valley. Beaches and towns are easily accessible by car. There is no exact address for normal sat navs. You have to use coordinates. The villa itself is generously built and well and practically equipped. The pool is well maintained. Contacting the service office in Guia will help with any questions. You have to practice how to use the keys.

Great house, everything is there what you need. Pool and facilities are great, everything was clean and tidy. BUT: we were probably the first occupancy in 2022 and came into an ice-cold house in the evening. The bedrooms could be warmed up a bit with the air conditioning, the bathrooms and the living area cannot be heated. The attempt to heat the open fireplace failed (didn't pull). By the end of the week we had the house up to operating temperature because we let the sun in during the day.

Ideal house for a relaxing holiday: large house, many rooms and bathrooms, large lounge and kitchen, several terraces, quiet location but still easy access to all southern parts of the Algarve, swimming pool cleaned twice a week
