Spacious property with a large pool. Wonderfully quiet location with lots of nature. The half-finished holiday homes next door didn't bother us. The individual rooms are also large, although the living area with kitchen would be too small for 11 people in bad weather. Kitchen well equipped, not very high quality, a bit worn. The same goes for the bathrooms (faucet drips, water doesn't drain). Perfect for a holiday with children. Friendly and helpful caretaker M.!!!

The house was in a very bad, unkempt, dirty condition. Broken insect screens, wasp nest above the window (couldn't be opened). Only cold water in one bathroom and one bedroom couldn't be used at all because it was so dirty.

Small deductions "in the B-Note" Some small corners should be "pretted up" again. For example insect screen partially broken. Otherwise everything very nice. Landlord expresses nice and good tips in stock (shopping, eating, etc.)

Nice house, too bad that a lot of things did not work properly. Reported, nothing resolved during our stay. 2 bathrooms (showers) were not fully usable. TV's didn't have a single channel, not even an Italian channel..... QR code on booking didn't take you to the right address, was hard to find!

Facilities excellent, pool extra class

Cons: Description of house did not match reality. House is in a domain with several houses (majority empty and unfinished) behind a gate that can be opened with the code. House is not really practical. House is difficult to find and contact person was not present. Baby bed was not there but was delivered a day later. No view due to high hedge. Pros: Quiet location and a beautiful pool. Safe feeling due to lots of outdoor lighting. Beautiful region.

Great house in a very quiet location - pure relaxation. Very nice, well-kept and large pool. Great terraces with a variety of seating options, shade and sun. To feel good and relax. Really very friendly and accommodating owner. Is recommended.
