"Appartamento 1", 5-room apartment 110 m2, on the upper ground floor. Very comfortable and modern furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds.
Suitable for families with children for a beach holiday. The general cleanliness of the interior leaves a lot to be desired, e.g. moldy coffee in the coffee maker, the cooker hood and oven are not tidy, some of the cooking utensils are unsuitable. The blankets were missing from the bed and suitable bedding was not provided for the ordered cot. Small but important improvements would make the apartment really comfortable.
