Apex has so many things going for it that focussing on the specifics seems unfair. Needless to say that everything in the flat is of the highest quality, whether that’s the carrara marble in the bathroom, or the four-poster bed. In fact it’s the bedrooms (or three of them anyway) that make the biggest impression. They’re what you might imagine from a seventeenth-century noble mansion, and while obviously all these things are personal preferences, they make for a seriously good night’s sleep.
Home truths: *There's no lift in the building so you'll have to take the stairs
*The fourth bedroom has a sofa bed for one person, rather than a permanent bed
*The access to the courtyard is through the bathroom, which is slightly unusual
*The fake plants feel a bit unnecessary
