From the villa, it's a 12-minute walk to the tram to go to the city centre. Schiphol Airport is just a 10 minutes drive away, and there is parking for two cars included.

The villa has three spacious floors with a total surface area of approximately 200 m2. Accommodation includes a spacious living room, dining area with an open kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the master bedroom with a full bath. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, and the temperature can be set separately in each room.
