Just a ten-minute walk from Aviv Beach, this comfortable, modern home gives all the independence of a self-contained apartment while offering the reassuring professionalism of a hotel. The whole period building has been converted into flats by the host, and he runs them full-time – so there's always someone on hand. Inside, tall ceilings and a soothing colour scheme make it feel cool and fresh, while original windows and chandeliers add some character. You'll have an open-plan living space and though the kitchen isn't huge, it is well-equipped and functional for the nights you don't choose to eat out at one of the nearby restaurants. Best of all, there are two balconies to choose from here – great for grabbing some fresh air in the mornings. It's a quiet area but if you're after a bit more buzz then you can be at Carmel Market in about fifteen minutes on foot.
