What we have to say will not make good reading. We intend to submit a formal complaint direct to you on our return to UK which will be early December.
The maintenance is appalling.
Three main areas that you must address. 1. The kitchen sliding door lock is inoperative 2. The main bathroom door will neither lock nor latch or close. 3. The en suite toilet floods the floor on a regular basis. We lived with a mop and bucket in our bedroom all the time!!! Your local staff ignore our comms.
