Aldo

The apartments were in a desolate state!!!! Bathroom and hallway lights broken, showers dirty (black mold) and broken, door handle in the bathroom fell off, beds sagging, dishes and pots old and dirty. No seating available in the pool area (cushions extremely dirty). The hot water boiler in the kitchen was leaking (a bowl had simply been placed underneath). In one sentence: The villa that was described to us as luxurious turned out to be a shabby, outdated holiday apartment.

Cleanliness upon arrival can be improved.

We spent a week (5 adults, children 3 and 1 year old) in a holiday home in Aldo. We had the whole house to ourselves. We received the keys and instructions for the most important things in the house from a friendly lady named F.. The house is located on a high hill with stunning views. It is important to note that the house is located at the end of a winding and narrow road. A car is essential. It is worth asking for detailed driving directions. The house is functional and has sufficient kitchen equipment (gas stove, no microwave). We enjoyed our stay.

Good place and good pool.

The Villa Aldo is located in a classic "Liguria villa area" and the surroundings are a dream - close to the small harbor with swimming possibilities: approx. 700m and 8 minutes on foot - attention: there are hardly any parking spaces outside the villa. The cleanliness when the villa was handed over was a bit "naive" but the overall impression (location, view of the sea) made up for it. Equipment of the kitchens (we had rented the entire villa) "goes like this" - but all in all very good
