Top accommodation, clean, everything there. As in the pictures. Well maintained. Lots of space. Very nice people. 15 minutes drive to a very nice beach. Disadvantages: lots of ants, air conditioning not possible, bottom bedroom damp and therefore not inhabitable. Construction sites all around, so some noise. Would still go back straight away.

Management was poor and miscommunication. Started off the booking by telling us we could book directly as we were under 25 and then had a phone call with someone proceeding to tell us we couldn’t book. After emails, we were finally accepted. The property itself was lovely and a perfect location in beautiful Jávea. unfortunately there were amenities promised which didn’t provide. The ‘hot’ tub was just warm. The TV didn’t work the whole stay. and the pool lights didn’t work also.
