This home is based just a 15-minute drive from the centre of Calheta, a vibrant coastal town that’s steeped in history while still feeling fresh and fun, with plenty of lovely restaurants and exciting bars to check out as well as a sandy beach.

We recommend you spend each morning out in your garden with a coffee, and listen to the dawn chorus emanating from the lush greenery that surrounds you. As the sun rises and the heat turns up, cool off with a dip in your private outdoor pool, or relax on a poolside lounger in the sunshine. Fire up the barbecue to cook some peri-peri chicken wings and eat all together in one of your two dining areas. Come up to your balcony with a good book, and enjoy the incredible views of the ocean from the hammock while you read. In the evenings, gather in the mezzanine area to enjoy some drinks with a game of ping pong or darts, or watch the sunset from your balcony lounge area.
