Originally built in the mid-70s, this exquisite Mediterranean-style villa is located in the prestigious Benedict Hills Estates. Your host has lovingly updated it for modern living, with beautiful contemporary furniture and design touches throughout. However, they've kept hold of some of the original features to ensure it's got plenty of character. With six bedrooms, it's the perfect LA getaway for a group of family and friends. However, the master bedroom really blew us away with its atmospheric fireplace, private balcony and vast marble bathroom for that added touch of luxury. Downstairs, there are two separate seating areas and a well-stocked bar for entertaining evenings. Meanwhile, the large chef's kitchen makes cooking for the whole group a breeze, though you might have to split yourselves between the breakfast bar and the dining room if eating indoors. Luckily, with LA's year-round fantastic weather, you'll be able to make the most of the alfresco seating areas more often than not. The inviting pool will prove irresistible on hot summer days, while the hot tub is perfect for long relaxing evenings once the sun has set. If you can tear yourself away, start the day with a hike through Franklin Canyon Park, a ten-minute drive away. Afterwards, refuel with fresh eggs from the resident hens and get creative in the art space. Finally, West Hollywood is just a few miles south if it's the quintessential LA experience you're after.
