The patio, pool, and garden alone are impressive enough, but there's also a climatised screened porch off the kitchen, and a private deck off the main bedroom. And once you go inside, the atmosphere is high end and elegant without feeling pompous or stuffy. If all of this weren’t enough, there’s a small dock on a creek leading to Mecox Bay, so you can kayak down to the beach.
