• Electric car charging point: Located at the front of the property, 32 AMP, available for an additional charge.
• Pet Restrictions: Please note that dogs are not allowed in the carpeted areas of the cottage. Dogs must remain in the hard floored rooms in the downstairs of the cottage. Please use the sliding doors between the dining room and the hall to ensure that dogs do not go beyond this point. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa’s or chairs.
• Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
