Beechwood is a detached house in a gated setting of eight houses. It is beautifully located in Kenmare, with expansive views of the beautiful Irish countryside. Beechwood 4 is easy to reach by car. The house is of high quality and comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. The luxurious kitchen offers space for cooking and socializing. The spacious dining room table offers the opportunity to entertain guests and sit with the family. The house has four bedrooms, each with two sleeping options. The bedrooms can also be converted into other rooms, like working space for long-term rentals. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with sun shower and its dressing room.

Laundry can be done in the private utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The house has a rear entrance from the garden. The spacious terrace allows for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Large areas are available for parking in front and at the side of the house.

Beechwood is a quiet place to enjoy life, and at the same time, it is near the beautiful town centre of Kenmare with lots of restaurants, bars and little shops. There are also three supermarkets and a medical centre nearby.
