Large grounds staff generally well mannered except for management which was very seldom available and when available couldn't solve any problems that arose Complained many times of noise coming from presumably the room above but nothing was done.One extremely rude lady at the egg station.Airconditioning set to minimum 19 degrees and blows very softly was told that's the best they could do.All considered the food was good although some staff let the place down including the cleaning lady who hadn't changed our bedding in 6 days.I rate it a 7.5/10.
