The house features five guest rooms fitted with the finest facilities, mixed with the style and character that only a 17th century flint faced farm house can deliver.
The House is situated in North Norfolk, near to Cromer; the location makes Green House an ideal base for exploring both the North Norfolk coast and the Broads. Also great area for golf, walking and cycling.
The Five letting bedrooms are all double, with one being a king suite and one being a Mini King Suite. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, containing walk-in showers, the king suite and one other room having a double ended bath for that Romantic Occasion!
In room facilities include: Flat screen TV, radio alarm and iPod docking stations, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, hair dryer, bath robes, slippers and duck down feather quilts and pillows.
All the bedside lights have both lamp and reading light functions.There are complimentary individual toiletries available in the rooms and we provide Molton Brown products for guest use. In addition to the guest hospitality trays in the bedrooms, we offer our resident guests complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge area. All rooms are non smoking.
Green House B&B is a licensed premise and provides a guest sitting room and bar area and of course a breakfast room for guests. Accompanied children over the age of 14 are welcome at the Green House.
During the Spring and summer months residents often enjoy a glass of wine along with other liquid refreshments in the south facing garden.
The building was originally constructed in the 17th century as a flint faced farm house, and retains the country farm house character. The guest accommodation has many homely touches, such as open fires and comfortable furnishings.
The house is located on the edge of the quiet lanes project of North Norfolk, ideal for those whose wish is to ramble, walk or cycle in the Norfolk countryside and then head back to the house for a welcoming and relaxing evening by the fire side.
