“Gorgeous hotel - and great service!”

My boyfriend surprised me for a nights stay in the hotel for my birthday. I went to the Uni of Bath so knew the area well and had always said I wanted to see what the hotel was like - and I wasn't disappointed!! The service was first class. Lovely grounds at the back of the hotel with a nice bar, we sat outside for drinks and again the service was brilliant. We used the spa twice which would definitely recommend. Its fairly small but a perfect size for the number of guests and was never very busy. The only thing that could of been better was the size of the room - it was pretty small! Other than that a great stay :)

“A very pleasant stay”

I was unable to make this trip but my wife and daughter had a deluxe first class experience. Originally scheduled for one night they stayed two found the accommodations excellent the staff outstanding facilities world class. Thank you for taking such good care of them

Treat yourself to the experience of your lifetime. You will remember this hotel forever. The food, the level of service and the property itself are without equal. The rooms are huge, the gardens are gorgeous, and the spa and pool facilities are unbelievable.
