The exterior is an ode to Cycladian architecture, blending in with Santorini’s pristine white buildings. Cobbled paths lined with olive trees lead to the sprawling terrace, which has panoramic views of the caldera where the Aegean meets the horizon. Choose to spend your time in the shade of the pergola, on plush sofas, or cooling off in one of two swimming pools. There are myriad seating areas outside to enjoy the view, perfect with a sundowner from the bar (stocked daily).

Dining can be an indoor or outdoor experience, with glass sliding doors opening the space up to the terrace, and a fireplace keeps this spot warm in the cooler months. Breakfast is included. Inside, you’ll find two full kitchens so there’s no trouble cooking for the whole group.
