With a Jacuzzi and balcony offering breathtaking views of the Acropolis, it's no surprise this apartment caught our eye. It's not the biggest pad – two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, and the kitchenette is quite small – but the stylish finish and sensational scenery make up for that. The location is fantastic, too. You'll find it in the historic quarter of Monastiraki, a fifteen-minute walk from the city's most iconic landmarks and close to a bevvy of shops and restaurants.
Home truths: *While the living area isn't fully photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*At full capacity, two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you on request, with prior approval from your host.
*The kitchenette here is on the smaller side. It lacks an oven, though there is a hotplate. We think it's best to prepare lighter bites rather than large meals.
*Given the central location and the fact that the balconies overlook the street, noise is to be expected.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Athens. Instead of driving, explore on foot or take advantage of public transportation.
*Housekeeping is included in your stay.
