This Southbourne home is a bit special. The beach is just a short walk away, which also means you can enjoy wonderful views here – there are 180-degree panoramas of the Isle of Wight, Sandbanks, and Swanage, which can be enjoyed from the balcony. If you’re not a fan of sandy feet, you can cool off in the private pool instead – and there’s a hot tub for relaxation. Kids will love the games room, which has an eaves room above it equipped with beanbag beds for fun sleepovers. There’s plenty of parking, which makes staying here all the more convenient.

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay, with prior approval from your host.
*There’s private parking on the driveway for up to three cars here. Additional cars can be parked on the street.
*If you need to catch up on work during your stay, there’s a laptop-friendly workspace here.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 11pm-7am, and not play any music after 10.30pm.
*The swimming pool is not fenced, so young children may need to be supervised when outside.
*This home is spread over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
