*The owner will occupy the ground floor residence (with private entrance) for all short term rentals of less than 30 days and a maximum of 2 guests
*The owner will vacate the ground floor for a long term lease of more than 30 days and up to 13 guests
* This is a four-story townhouse, so expect a lot of stairs
* Most closets are locked up - but guests are given drawers and hanging rails in each bedroom
* A 10.25% NYC tax will be added on top of your final booking price
*As your host works at hospital from Monday to Saturday (8am-8pm) check-in and check-out are contactless
