There's plenty of room for everyone here, with an annexe to grant a little extra privacy to couples. The garden is large enough to entertain children and furry friends, with space for alfresco dining and drinks, and an elevated pond. The area is quiet and residential, perfect for a relaxing coastal break. Kingston and Ferring beaches are minutes away on foot, and the BlueBird Cafe offers a lovely breakfast.

*There is space to for up to four cars to park for free on the driveway. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here. Keep in mind that there is no gate at the side of the house, so it's easy for dogs to escape.
*Your host can provide a free cot and high chair here if you're travelling with little ones. You may need to request these in advance.
*This home is made up of a main house and an annexe, which houses one bedroom and a bathroom.
*There is a raised pond in the garden – this is unfenced, so children may need supervision around this.
