Tucked away in the Tuscan countryside, this beautiful farmhouse is ideal for tranquil family holidays. Overlooking Dicomano and the surrounding valley from the poolside, swimming comes with a view. Though the interior might not be as inspiring – the traditional decor could feel a little dated to some – we like the flexibility of this home. Split into two apartments, it allows for a little more privacy. And you'll find ample outdoor seating where the whole group can come together. Location-wise, you're surrounded by villages and under an hour away from Florence for a day trip.

*There’s free parking here.
*The bedrooms are split between two apartments. At full occupancy, four guests will be sleeping on the sofa beds in the living areas.
*The swimming pool – available for use between 9am and 9pm from the 15th June to the 30th August – isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
*Toiletries aren't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. If you want to stock up on arrival, the nearest supermarket is minutes away by car.
