The Gulls is an exceptional, detached property resting in Stoke Fleming, Devon. It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size bed with sitting area and TV, a ground-floor super-king-size bed (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), a ground-floor double and a twin, together sleeping eight people. Completing the interior is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor bathroom room with walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC, a lower-ground-floor kitchen, a utility, a lower-ground-floor dining room with electric fire, a sitting room with electric fire and a snug. Outside, there is private parking, a swimming pool, and a raised front terrace with table, chairs and barbecue and lower terrace with lawn area with fire pit. The Gulls is an outstanding retreat to be enjoyed all year around.

Area
Nestled within the South Hams district of Devon is the small village of Stoke Fleming, offering an idyllic base for exploring both coast and countryside of Devon. The village rests on the shores of Start Bay and plays host to an array of amenities, including a Post Office with a village shop where you can gather all of your self-catered necessities, as well as two pubs to choose from. Close by is Dartmouth, or you could travel further along the coast to Paignton and Torquay.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
