And for ventures further afield, Cavour Metro station is only five minutes on foot. Back home, the sleeping arrangements offer flexibility if you're travelling in a larger group. The charming rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for alfresco suppers and evening Camparis. Plus, the climb up to the third floor is a great way to burn off all that indulgent Italian dining.

*At full capacity, three people will be sharing one bedroom and one guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. *There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the third floor – we suggest packing light. *Due to the central location, noise is to be expected. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *Free parking isn't provided, but a car isn't needed in Rome. You can easily explore on foot or take advantage of public transport options nearby.
