The house is spacious already, but there's also a roomy terrace with everything you need for sun-worshipping – sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a hot tub and a table ideal for alfresco meals. Though there's no swimming pool, you can swim at Caleta de Negros, only a short drive away. The workspace and fitness area is also a good way to make this feel even more like a home away from home.

*We suggest hiring a compact car for ease – there's a parking garage here. *It's possible you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay . *This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay. *You won't find a welcome hamper here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is minutes away. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. *Some of the double beds may be made up of two single mattresses pushed together. *Though there's no air conditioning, you'll find portable fans here.
