Overlooking the Cap Ferrat peninsula, there's a sunny balcony to enjoy – the perfect spot for alfresco dining – as well as access to a shared saltwater pool. Prefer the beach? You're in luck, as you'll have your pick of some of the very best, complete with beach clubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. The towns of Cap Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer are also just a short stroll from home, meaning there's no need for a car here (though if you do choose to bring one, underground parking is available).

*This home is in an apartment building, in a central location, so you might bump into other residents of the building during your stay, and there is a chance you might hear some outside noise.
*You'll have access to the on-site saltwater pool here. This is shared with the building's other residents. It may also be unfenced, so children should be supervised when playing outside.
*Some toiletries aren't provided here, so you'll need to bring your own. If you want to stock up on arrival, the nearest supermarket is a short drive away.
