Area Mullion is a major village on the Lizard Peninsula, 5 miles south of Helston and 5 miles from Lizard Point. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a working harbour, are located in the village. Helston is a beautiful, lively market town noted for its Flora Day Festival and "Furry Dance" folklore. Poldark Mine, one of the best subterranean experiences in the south west, informs about the area's mining legacy. Falmouth and Land's End are further away. Mullion offers family-friendly attractions.
