While the location (a quiet street between the Duomo and Navigli) is an obvious draw of Phantom, there are other benefits to staying here. It’s a really good size for two people (using the sofa bed is possible, but not necessarily recommended), and the large windows bring in lots of natural light. It’s also worth mentioning the level of service offered by Laura and her team. They’re super professional, and while it’s clearly not a lived-in home, everything runs very smoothly.
Home truths: *There's no separation between the living room and the bedroom
*While it's nice to have the balcony, it isn't really large enough to socialise on
*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, but they'd have no privacy
