There’s an outdoor area by the fields where you can barbecue, and it’s just a short stroll to the nearest pubs. You’ll also find beautiful hiking and cycle trails straight from the door, while the Sussex beaches and Chichester Harbour are within easy driving distance. It’s also spread across one level making it ideal for little ones or those with reduced mobility.

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s also free private parking for one car outside the cottage and another in the lane
*While this home can sleep two guests on the sofa bed, it may be a bit small for four adults looking for a longer stay
*Please note that while you will have your own private space here, the grounds are shared with the owners, who also live on site
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
