*This is a new apartment, and the lift is not yet functional. As it's on the fourth floor, guests will need to climb several flights of stairs here, with a staircase that spirals at points. It might not be suitable for those who have lots of luggage.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*This home is in a primarily residential area, so you won't find many attractions or high-end eateries nearby. That said, you're close to several parks and well-connected to central Madrid.
*If you're driving, free parking is available. If you plan to explore on foot, Urgel Metro Station is a short walk away.
